Exchange Policy

Note: Sale items, accessories & customized products are not eligible for return/exchange.

For other items, a credit note is issued on the website.

You must inform us within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at simartuli.st@gmail.com with your order number and attach an image of the product.

Once emailed, please ship the product to:

Note: The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Product must be in original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged).
  • Original tags, packaging, and boxing must be intact.
  • All original papers (invoice, thank you note, etc.) must be returned with the product.
  • Items showing signs of wear will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Simar Tuli reserves the right to inspect returned products before processing exchanges or issuing credit notes.

If the product is not eligible for return, the customer must arrange reverse pickup. If you prefer Simar Tuli to arrange it, a charge will apply.

No refunds are provided as per company policy. Instead, a credit note (after deducting delivery charges) will be issued and must be used within 30 days from the date of issue.

Damaged or Wrong Product?

Email us at simartuli.st@gmail.com or contact us at 9819625625 within 48 hours of delivery with at least 3 images of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup and issue a store credit, including shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if the product has not been put into manufacturing. The paid amount will then be credited as store credit.

If manufacturing has started or the product is out for delivery, you can still exchange it under our exchange policy.

For International Orders

  • No Cash on Delivery (COD) for international orders.
  • Handling fees and customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the receiver.
  • Simar Tuli has no control over these charges, as customs policies vary by country.
